Join us for a special Volunteer Work Day, where we’re bringing community together for an activity-packed day of fun. Help us build and maintain the garden, join for the children’s storytime, and share a bite at our community potluck!

Event Schedule:

• 9-10am — Build Raised Beds: As the recipient of a grant from the San Diego Master Gardeners, we’re building brand new, gopher-proof garden beds! We’ll also tackle composting, harvesting of donation plots, and more activities for all abilities.

• 10-11am — Children’s Storytime: Presented by Nigel of the College-Rolando Library

• 11-12pm — Potluck: Bring a dish to share, pick up a plate, and dig in!
